The NextExec group partnered in a Regional Young Professionals Group at Timpano’s at the end of February that drew over 100 attendees and was sold out well in advance. The partners (NextExecs, Silver Spring Chamber Young Professionals, Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber Young Professionals and Leadership Montgomery’s Emerging Leaders) have agreed to continue in annual, and potentially bi-annual regional YP events.

The NextExecs are also working on several upcoming events. This includes continuation of their monthly Lunch & Learn (currently they are in a 3-part series on Personal Finances and are planning for a new 3-part series focusing on local government), their annual Pool Tournament on March 24th which will support the efforts of the Back to Bethesda Committee in raising funds for the Children’s Inn at NIH, a service project with Rock Creek Conservancy on April 11th and an educational beer tasting at Tyber Bierhaus on May 19th to benefit Luke’s Wings.
