Membership Development

Purpose: Targeting key companies, membership retention and recruitment, Walk-Arounds and Ambassadors program.

Real Estate
Meets: 4th Wednesday of the Month, 9:15 am - 10:15 am
Purpose: Focuses on current and future real estate projects and issues, highlighting various new projects in the area. Organizes the Chamber’s Annual Real Estate Update

NextExec (Young Professionals Group)
Meets: 4th Tuesday of the Month, 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm, happy hour following
Purpose: For young professionals in the B-CC community interested in engaging in business networking, professional development, and community service in order to position themselves for optimal career growth and to be community leaders tomorrow, while focusing on atracting and retaining young talent to the B-CC area.
This is For You If: You are a professional in your 20's or 30's looking for professional engagement and leadership

• Lunch & Learn professional development series
• Supporting non-profit Chamber members

Senior Marketing
Meets: 1st Tuesday of the Month, 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Purpose: The Senior Marketing group strives to offer programs and information on how to better promote to the senior market and their families, as well as networking to members. It also offers information that is pertinent and timely and that will increase the senior’s awareness of health, safety and leisure offerings available to them while providing business opportunities for chamber member businesses. Benefits: Meet and network with those who provide services or information to seniors, while marketing your business to that target audience, other chamber businesses and to have the opportunity to stay current with the latest issues and ideas that affect that market in our area. Responsibilities: Attend meetings, offer your ideas, promote and support projects to those with whom you connect and assist with projects as needed.

• Networking event for businesses targeting senior customers/clients
• Community Involvement and Outreach opportunities as they become available

Education & Community Development

Purpose: To provide an avenue for Chamber members to promote and learn about efforts, projects and ways to give back to the community
This is For You If: You want the opportunity to support your community, promote your efforts and initiatives, while making a difference
Responsibilities: Attend meetings, offer your ideas, promote committee projects to those with whom you connect and assist with projects as needed

Projects: Plans, develops and promotes special Chamber events throughout the year. Events include:

• June Annual Installation & Awards Dinner
This is For You If: You enjoy planning special events, helping to secure sponsors, door prizes and becoming involved in the marketing and promotion of these events. Meetings are held as needed as are smaller outreach groups.
