Goodwill Dinner
Power Networking Breakfast
Time: 7:15am - 9:00am
|
The Chamber's Power Networking Breakfast is for the ealry risers that want to catch as many leads as possible!
This is a very structured event! You will arrive at 7:15 a.m. and networking while obtaining a cup of coffee or glass of your favorite juice. Then our MC will ask you to help yourself to the Breakfast Bar and to find a table to sit at where you don't know anyone.
While enjoying your breakfast, each person at the table will give a 30 second commercial on his or her business, what makes a great lead for them and how they might be able to help another company. After everyone has had an opportunity to share their business information, then you SWITCH tables and sit with a NEW group of people. You switch 3 times at every Power Networking event!

This Committee monitors local, state and federal legislation that could impact our community. It also is a proactive Committee and makes recommendations to the Chamber Board of Directors regarding positions that the Chamber should be taking on issues.

Education Committee
Time: 10:00am - 11:00am
The Chamber partners with our three local high schools (B-CC, Walter Johnson and Walt Whitman) on projects throughout the year.
Our major event with the three local high schools is our Career Partnership Day which teams students up with business leaders for a day. This gives the students the opportunity to view a field that they might be interested in going into as a career.
The Chamber looks for grants and donations for this event, so that there is no cost to the students.
If you enjoy working with young adults and shaping the leaders of tomorrow, then we would like you to join our Committee.
All Chamber Members are welcome!
Held in the Chamber Office
7910 Woodmont Avenue, Suite 1204
Bethesda, MD
