Greetings from the Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase (B-CC) Chamber of Commerce! It is our pleasure to invite you to the 10th Annual B-CC Business Expo that will be held on Monday, May 9th at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda. Free and open to the public, this Expo provides a one-stop-shop for learning more about the varied businesses in our community and how you can benefit from their products, services and expertise. The Expo offers everyone a full day of excitement that includes the following activities:

• Kick-off breakfast featuring networking rounds and a keynote presentation by I.J. Hudson, Technology Reporter for NBC NEWS4.
• Executive luncheon (link to lunch section of this page) featuring Patrick Byrne, Chairman & CEO, Overstock.com.
• Opportunities to meet and network with local business representatives
• Prize drawings to include an iPod, tickets to professional sporting events, and more!

Power Networking Breakfast

Time: 7:15am - 9:00am
Join Chamber members from the B-CC Community and the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area as we network and enjoy an exciting presentation from keynote speaker, I. J. Hudson, Technology Reporter, for NBC NEWS4. Mr. Hudson has won seven local Emmys for his “Digital Edge” spot reporting and promises to deliver an entertaining and informative presentation. Following the keynote address, attendees will participate in a round of networking and lead-sharing. We invite all attendees to register at the B-CC Chamber member's price of only $20.

Executive Luncheon

Time: 12:00pm – 1:30pm
This premier luncheon event features keynote speaker Patrick M. Bryne, Chairman, President and CEO of internet retailer Overstock.com. In 2002, Byrne was named to Business Week’s list of the 25 most influential people in e-Business. In 2003 Ernst & Young awarded Byrne an “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in the category of Lifetime Achievement. In addition to earning a black belt in tae kwon do and having once pursued a career in professional boxing, Byrne has ridden a bicycle across the country four times -- his last ride, in the summer of 2000, was to raise awareness and money for cancer research at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Don’t miss out on the exciting presentation that Byrne will deliver at this event where decision-makers of the B-CC business community will come together to strengthen business relationships and enjoy exceptional cuisine.
