BACKGROUND At this fast-paced briefing, members will have the opportunity to learn first-hand from Chamber leaders the important issues and programs that affect everyone doing business in the Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase community. New this year on the program will be a “B-CC Area Development Forecast” during the first half of the meeting, where Steve Silverman, President of the Montgomery County Council, will discuss his perspectives of the future of the B-CC area and Montgomery County in the next 3-5 years. Additionally, real estate experts will provide brief overviews of developments that will be taking place in Friendship Heights/Chevy Chase; Central Bethesda; North Bethesda; and Rock Spring. During the second half of the meeting, members will have the opportunity to provide feedback to the Chamber’s leadership on new ideas for events, programs, and services and how the Chamber can better serve its members and the community.
